RECOMMENDATIONS

I worked alongside Petya, in the role of Retail Director, when UK Department Store Debenhams was introduced to the Bulgarian market, within Bulgaria Mall, where Petya held the position of Marketing Director. As well as supporting me with the introduction of Debenhams, Petya was also developing and implementing the marketing strategy of Bulgaria Mall to establish it as one of the key Malls in Sofia. Introducing a new brand into a new market successfully requires a great deal of planning, creativity, and skill. Petya worked tirelessly to really understand the brand dynamics and with her knowledge of the customer profile and market, we could work together to align the two to deliver a compelling proposition.

Petya's creativity and out-of-the-box thinking are of the highest level, however, what sets her apart, is that she combines this with diligent planning and organizational skills to ensure deadlines are met and tangible results achieved. I observed firsthand Petya working with all levels, from the Board she reported to, to her team within the Marketing department that she recruited, motivated, challenged, supported, and developed to her peers, like myself, with whom she worked collaboratively to drive results. Petya's passion and enthusiasm for all that she does shine through and is infectious. I would have no hesitation in recommending Petya for any role within marketing, storytelling, brand building, or event management or indeed with any Company that is on the lookout for exceptional talent!
